When you submit the contact form, your name, contact details and travel preferences are processed by Cloudflare and sent through Resend to our team at himraahitours@gmail.com. We use them to respond to your request and plan your trip. We do not maintain a separate website lead database or save your form entries in browser storage. Your enquiry is retained in our business email inbox and processed by our email providers.

Please share only the contact and travel information needed to plan your trip. Do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in the form. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. Technical information, including your IP address, is processed for verification and temporary rate limiting. Our form handler does not write your enquiry details into application logs.

The WhatsApp button offers optional enquiry starters. Your draft stays on this page until you choose to open WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it. We use a temporary browser-session flag to remember whether the invitation has appeared; it contains no contact details or message text. Submitting the contact form does not send an automatic WhatsApp message.

Cloudflare, Resend, BunnyCDN, Google Gmail, Google Maps and WhatsApp process information under their own privacy policies. BunnyCDN delivers public images and video and receives technical request information such as your IP address. Enquiry submissions go to our Cloudflare form handler and Resend, not the media CDN. The footer map connects to Google only when you choose “Load Google Maps” or open the Google Maps link.
